 Decker has been involved in investigating paranormal actively since 1999. She founded East Texas Paranormal in 2007 and is the lead investigator. Some of her earlier experience includes investigating Myrtles Plantation in LA, the Jefferson Hotel and The Pride House in Jefferson TX. ETP often investigates private homes and businesses. These investigations rarely are added to ETP or Decker’s personal websites. The client decides on what if anything will get released.
Decker has professional experience as an investigator, criminally and civilly, also as a writer and photographer. She retired in 2007 from law enforcement and decided to delve back into writing and photography. Decker currently works for the State as a special investigator. She is an area rep for the American Ghost Society.
As a child Decker experienced a number of unexplained occurrences which triggered her long time interest in the unknown. Decker and ETP is affiliated with several clergy groups such as Paranormal Warriors of Saint Michael (PWSM) Network, with Father Bob Bailey, and Paranormal Clergy Affiliates, with Bishop James Long. Decker has been a guest on numerous paranormal radio shows and accepts speaking engagements for paranormal conferences.
Decker is working on four nonfiction books. Decker writes for examiner.com under Dallas Paranormal. Nothing is too scary and Decker is always looking for a good challenge.
